After seven years of life in India, it is time for my family and me to head back to the United States for awhile. We have LOVED our life and work in India, and go home feeling blessed and proud to have been privileged to live and work here for this season of our lives. We are thankful to our Father for how he has watched over us and cared for us in difficulties, trials, victories, good times and bad.
I'm passing this blog off to much more capable hands than my own. It really began as a way to document what I was learning in the Indian kitchen as I tried to re-create favorite foods from the US. My dream was always for it to be a group effort of a lot of women living in South Asia, not just my own kitchens contributions.
